Buy without visiting — we deliver to your door
You can buy any Carluvo car without coming to see us. We deliver anywhere in mainland Britain — free within 50 miles of our Nottingham showroom, and at cost beyond that, quoted before you commit.
How buying without visiting works
1. Ask us anything
WhatsApp us, chat to Luvo or call. Ask about the car's history, condition, or anything you'd check in person.
2. Reserve it
A £199 deposit takes the car off sale for seven days. It's fully refundable if you change your mind, and comes off the price if you go ahead.
3. Agree the details
We confirm the price, any part exchange and a delivery date that suits you.
4. We deliver
Your car arrives valeted, with all its documents. If you're part exchanging, we collect your old car at the same time.
Your rights when you buy at a distance
- 14 days to change your mind. When you buy without visiting, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days from delivery to cancel, for any reason.
- 30 days to reject a faulty car. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to every car we sell, wherever you buy it.
- Checked before it's listed. Every car is HPI history checked and mechanically inspected before it goes on sale.

Delivery questions
- Can I buy a car from Carluvo without visiting?
- Yes. You can buy any car we sell without coming to see us, and we deliver it to your door anywhere in mainland Britain.
- How much does delivery cost?
- Delivery is free within 50 miles of our Nottingham showroom. Beyond that we charge the cost of delivery, and we always quote it before you commit.
- Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales. For Northern Ireland or the islands, message us and we'll see what we can arrange.
- Can I part exchange without visiting?
- Yes. Send us your registration and mileage for a valuation, and we collect your car when we deliver your new one.
- Can I cancel if I change my mind after delivery?
- If you buy without visiting us — online, by phone or on WhatsApp — the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Separately, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 lets you reject a faulty car within 30 days.
- What if I can't see the car I want?
- Tell us what you're after and our free car-finding service will source it — usually within a couple of days, with no obligation — and deliver it like any other car.
